-Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline
-Min. 8 years of managerial experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferable in multi-cultural environment
-Solid experience in material planning, production planning, vendor and logistic management,
-Good logistics understanding on international freight management, and customs declaration
-Experience in managing the end-to-end process from Purchase order to Shipment
-Strong ability in delivering exceptional operational results and driving process simplification and system optimization exercises
-Proficient in MRP / ERP system is a plus
-Strong analytical skill and problem solving ability
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
-Proficient in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Responsibilities:
-Lead Group Supply Chain team and manage all aspects of supply chain activities including but not limited to material planning & procurement, production planning, warehousing, distribution & logistic.
-Lead the strategic planning and implementation of supply chain strategies and activities in alignment with company objectives.
-Set clear goals & directions, and monitor KPIs performance in quality standard and meeting deadline
-Manage regional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment and implementation of policies and practices across regions
-Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations and company policies related to supply chain operations
-Lead the selection and management of suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers, and develop and maintain the partnership relationship, with negotiating contracts to optimize value
-Decide on the supply and distribution methods by tracking the efficiencies of each delivery mode
Manage and monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
-Drive, plan and monitor the material and finished goods purchases based on order demand and production capacity
-Control budget and expenses of the supply chain activities, monitor the budget allocation, set up cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
-Manage and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in terms of productivity, reliability, flexibility, responsiveness and operation costs
-Perform ad hoc assignment by management
