Job Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry
- Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing Management or related disciplines
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Station in China (Shenzhen)
Responsibilities:
- Handle key account servicing
- Answer customer's enquiries and handle complaints
- Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends
- Monitor and analyze sales performance
- Maintain good business relationship with new / existing clients
